Through Advantage IT Services, he provides comprehensive managed IT support tailored to the unique demands of growing businesses in a fast-paced digital world. With over two decades of hands-on experience in systems integration and IT management, Jon excels at designing and implementing scalable technologies that enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and fortify cybersecurity measures. His expertise spans proactive network monitoring, cloud migration strategies, helpdesk support, and customized IT consulting—ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime so organizations can focus on their core goals and thrive in an increasingly connected landscape.

Geoffrey Swihart is an experienced IT Service Manager at Advantage IT Services, based in Richland, Washington. With over 20 years in the technology industry, Geoffrey specializes in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and process optimization. Known for delivering cost-effective, scalable solutions, Geoffrey helps businesses minimize IT challenges so they can focus on growth.

Business Development Executive
I’ve spent over 15 years in the IT industry helping businesses grow through technology. As a former MSP owner and now a Business Development Executive, I blend technical expertise with a passion for building lasting partnerships. My focus is on creating trust, driving results, and aligning technology with what truly matters—people and progress.

System Integration Manager
As the Director of Systems Integration at Advantage IT, I bring together technical design and real-world implementation to create seamless, one-stop solutions for our clients. I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran with degrees in Electronics and IT Systems Security, and my background in both IT support and low-voltage installation helps me bridge the gap between technology and practicality. My goal is to make sure every Advantage IT project, whether networking, surveillance, access control, or full system integration, runs smoothly from start to finish.

Dispatcher
I’ve been with Advantage IT for over three years, handling dispatch and procurement while making sure our clients get the support they need. Nothing makes me happier than hearing a client express their gratitude, especially when we’ve gone the extra mile to help.
Before joining Advantage IT, I spent 15 years as a stay-at-home mom raising four wonderful kids, five years as a special education teacher, and two years at a medical center. I’ve always loved working with people, and I take pride in being patient, empathetic, and dedicated to providing the best customer experience possible.

Controller
As the Financial Controller at Advantage iTs, I’m the numbers person who loves making things run smoothly. With over half a decade in the MSP space I know what it takes to ensure our team exceeds your expectations. My mission? Turning our operational excellence into everyday wins for you. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family while exploring national parks and getting out on the water!

Tier I Support
I’ve been with Advantage IT for five years, providing remote support to our business clients and ensuring their systems run efficiently. With over 25 years of experience in technical support, I take pride in solving complex issues quickly and accurately. I enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and finding the most effective solutions to keep our clients’ technology operating at its best.

Tier I Support
I’ve been working in the IT industry for three years. My first two years were spent with H&R Block as a hybrid technician. Seeking greater challenges and experience led me to Advantage ITs, where I have enjoyed another year expanding my knowledge and capabilities as a technician. My favorite thing about being a technician is being presented with an issue and overcoming it, followed by the client’s satisfaction once it’s resolved. Outside of my time here at Advantage Its, I enjoy building computers and traveling the world.

Tier II Support
I've been working in IT for close to ten years, currently as a Tier 2 Technician, with networking as my primary focus, with networking as my primary focus. Beyond that specialty, I've developed skills across multiple technical areas and continue to expand my expertise. I might not know every answer immediately, but I'm persistent in finding solutions no matter the complexity. My approach centers on problem-solving and staying adaptable in an industry that's constantly evolving.

Tier III Support
I am a multi-tasking IT Specialist based in Las Vegas, Nevada, known for delivering outstanding technical support and customer satisfaction. With over two decades of experience, I’ve held roles ranging from IT Technician and Shop Manager to now being an Automation Engineer. My expertise spans computer management, hardware, and software troubleshooting, networking, cloud services, web administration & artificial intelligence. Notably, I’ve managed office environments, led migrations to cloud infrastructure, and overseen teams of technicians.
