Our Company Backstory

BITS Midwest was founded by Steven Massaro, a 25-year veteran of the technology service industry who previously owned and operated a successful MSP in Hawaii. After selling that business, he launched BITS Midwest in Kansas with the goal of providing small and medium businesses across all industries with IT services that are safer, stronger, and more practical—without the red tape, fluff, or long-term lock-ins that slow real progress.
