Our Story
Founded in 1994 as KAPS, Inc., we launched the CyberENET ISP network to bring reliable Internet access to businesses and individuals. In 1999, this division became ETI, a dedicated technology solutions provider. From the start, we were among the earliest adopters of Net Neutrality, building our services on a foundation of accessibility, fairness, and innovation that continues to guide us today.
