When our school was looking for student devices that could be centrally managed, shiva at affirmed technologies suggested using chromebooks. He informed us of the benefits we would have moved forward and we decided to make the order through affirmed. They got us a great price for the devices and even included onsite training for our staff and administration! We purchased another set and plan to buy more in the future. Shiva's recommendation has made an enormous difference during this pandemic, we have been able to keep all of our students connected and engaged and having the ability to assist them remotely has been crucial.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with shiva heeralall, owner of affirmed technologies. He is fantastic - he came to mott hall and really cleaned up our technology and managed all technology aspects with a very professional demeanor and exceptional work ethic. His tech knowledge was so very comprehensive we were able to quickly develop and plan and get working on some significant issues plaguing mott hall for several years prior. While we were transitioning from another it company, we had a major security breach with our gsuite platform. Shiva was not technically under contract yet but came in and managed the entire, very difficult process. Imagine losing all google access- documents and email- in remote instruction during covid! His customer service is fantastic - great follow up and follow through! He models a very comprehensive and supportive approach with his customer service and that trickles down to his it reps that also come to the school. He explains things to those of us that are technology challenged. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. The work that he did for mott hall in a short amount of time has been more than stellar! I highly, highly recommend shiva and affirmed technologies if your institution is looking for an it vendor/consultant.
